Students of the UNPAR Faculty of Vocational Studies are not only active in academic pursuits but are also provided with opportunities to grow through student organization activities. Every student is a member of their respective Study Program Student Association, which serves as a platform to learn organizational skills, develop soft skills, and strengthen connections among students across different year levels.
The activities organized by the Student Associations are structured through annual work programs and are carried out continuously each year. These activities begin with the handover ceremony of the board members—a symbolic and formal moment of leadership transition. Following this, the newly appointed board members participate in organizational training to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for program management and teamwork.
As part of efforts to broaden students’ understanding of the industrial world, the associations also organize industrial visits, allowing students to learn directly from real-world practices. Another key event is the Student Gathering Night (MP3), which brings together new and senior students to foster camaraderie and a sense of family within the association.
To sustain these activities, students engage in independent and creative fundraising for operational costs. The associations also play an active role in the Faculty of Vocational Studies’ SIAP program—an orientation initiative that introduces new students to campus academic and social life.
To mark the culmination of their vocational studies journey, the Faculty of Vocational Studies Graduation Ceremony serves as a heartfelt moment of appreciation and farewell, bringing together faculty, students, and their families in an atmosphere of pride and emotion.
Through this comprehensive range of activities, students of the Faculty of Vocational Studies grow not only as academically competent individuals but also as active, collaborative, and socially engaged members of society.
