About the Study Program
Based on the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 193/D/O/2024, the Bachelor of Applied Creative Business Program at UNPAR was officially established and began its operations. This study program offers strengths in mastering hybrid knowledge and skills in the following areas: (i) managing creativity to foster innovation, (ii) digital technology, and (iii) modern business processes. The learning process focuses on training students to design and create products based on knowledge and sensory interaction, supported by digital technology in both two- and three-dimensional forms.
As “Creative Entrepreneurs” proficient in digital technology, graduates of the Creative Business Program will gain extensive hands-on experience, with more than 70% of coursework conducted through practical activities such as laboratory and studio work, internships, case studies, independent study, and the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. The curriculum is designed in collaboration with industry practitioners and consists of 8 semesters, but can be completed in as little as 3.5 years. Learning methods are carried out through a blended approach, both on and off campus.
Students will also be equipped with various certifications in specific fields such as entrepreneurship, Google certifications, and cinematography. In addition, the program provides foreign language training, including English as well as elective languages such as Mandarin, Korean, German, and French. Students will also be trained in business communication and negotiation skills.
Final Project
Students of the Applied Bachelor in Creative Business are expected to develop final projects related to filmmaking, creative advertising, and other similar fields.
