The Diploma III Program in Business Management at UNPAR produces graduates who are ready to work in the field of applied management at the operational level, meeting level five qualifications in the following work areas:

• Staff or supervisor in the marketing department,
• Staff or supervisor in the finance, accounting, and taxation department,
• Staff or supervisor in the operations and supply chain department,
• Staff or supervisor in the human capital (HRD) department,
• Staff or supervisor in the administration and general affairs department, and
• Entrepreneur capable of starting their own business, as well as managing and developing it creatively and innovatively.

To achieve these graduate profiles, several competencies are established: attitude competencies, knowledge competencies, general skills, and specific skills.
